A word of comment on the excellent service that I receive from Ace Infosys and in particular from Niraj. I had a problem with my optical drive for almost a week and were at my wits end after having no luck with another company’s technician and various service centres. I wrote an email to Ace Infosys and received very quick feedback, addressing the problem accurately. Niraj came out to my house on new year’s eve and fixed the problem (it turned out to be a problem in the pc registry) within 10 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and also assist me with other general queries regarding network speed, GPRS navigation systems. Thank you for your company’s prompt and accurate service – I will surely recommend you to anybody.
